Privacy Policy & Covenants

Notice of Free and Private Association

The Church of Philadelphia is a private, unincorporated spiritual assembly acting as a sovereign Unincorporated Church. As a spiritual fellowship of believers, we operate entirely apart from digital commerce, data harvesting, or any secular enterprise designed to monetize personal information. By navigating our resources, you acknowledge and agree that your interaction is covered by the fundamental human right to private free assembly, thought, and religious observation.

1. Data Minimization & Abstraction

We believe the physical Temple and the living soul require absolute autonomy regarding personal information. The Church of Philadelphia employs a strict policy of Data Minimization.

  • No Tracking: We do not deploy cookies, pixels, or trackers designed to follow your behavior across the internet.
  • No Selling: We do not—and will permanently never—sell, rent, or distribute any information regarding our Members, Ambassadors, or public visitors to third parties.
  • Financial Privacy: Any contributions made via our cryptographic gateways are processed using Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) to ensure that the validity of a transaction is mathematically confirmed without exposing the sensitive identity or account details of the living soul providing the stewardship.

2. Communications Protocol

Any data submitted through our "Transmit to Council" portal is encrypted and routed exclusively to the secure administrative servers of the Church of Philadelphia. The information you provide—such as a return address or ministry name—is used solely to facilitate the specific pastoral guidance, mentorship, or administrative response requested.

Emails and physical correspondence are routinely purged in accordance with our administrative covenants once the pastoral or structural matter has been resolved, unless retention is specifically required for ongoing mentorship.

3. Master Library & Portal Access Controls

Access points to the Member and Ambassador portals are strictly ring-fenced environments.

  • Ambassador Secrecy: No private Ambassador discussion, materials regarding establishing a MicroChurch or MicroMinistry, or any other protected structural framework may be duplicated or distributed in a public forum.
  • Revocation: Breaching the confidentiality of our Master Library is grounds for immediate cryptographic revocation of gateway access keys by the Board of Trustees.

4. International Jurisdictional Acknowledgment

The Church of Philadelphia is governed primarily by ecclesiastical and private trust covenants. The memorialization of its establishment is duly legalized by the District Court of Den Haag (The Hague), Apostille No. 24/16616. Any secular dispute regarding the administration of this website or data covenants shall be subject exclusively to private, binding arbitration as designed by the Board of Trustees, rejecting public secular trial.

5. Amendments to this Covenant

The Board of Trustees retains the absolute right to update, modify, or extend these privacy protocols at any time to further fortify the digital boundaries of our Chapel. Any material changes will be formally announced through the secure Member Portal.
